Gordon Wishon

Moderated by: Gordon Wishon, CIO, Arizona State University

Gordon Wishon is the Chief Information Officer at Arizona State University, providing leadership for the University Technology Office. He is responsible for providing technology services and support to ASU’s more than 73,000 students and 10,000 faculty, staff, and researchers. Previously, Mr. Wishon served as CIO at the University of Notre Dame and at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Gordon is also a retired officer, serving 20 years with the US Air Force in a variety of roles.


Chris Coppa

Chris Coppa, CTO,
Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California

Chris Coppa is the Chief Technology Officer for the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. In his role at Marshall, Chris oversees all aspects of information technology including network and operations, applications and development, and customer technology services. His teams are involved with supporting major strategic initiatives such as their Salesforce implementation, internal and external web platforms and services, research computing, data integration and analytics, and student computing services.

Brian Peddle

Brian Peddle, CTO, College for America at Southern New Hampshire University

Brian Peddle is Chief Technology Officer of College for America (CfA) at Southern New Hampshire University. Brian has a successful track record of developing software applications in new ventures as well as mature organizations. Prior to joining SNHU he was Vice President of Development and Technology at Jobscience, which builds talent acquisition solutions for social enterprises in technology, finance, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and energy.

Jonathan See

Jonathan See, CIO, Pepperdine University

Jonathan See serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Pepperdine University where provides leadership and support for the advancement and use of technology at Pepperdine University. He brings a business value perspective and end user experience focus to the information technology division.

In all, Jonathan has worked in higher education for 24 years. Prior to his CIO appointment, Jonathan served in other capacities since joining Pepperdine in July 2005, including senior director for IT Administration and Client Services, and deputy CIO. In addition, Jonathan worked at the Getty Research Institute for as the head of administration and at the California State University, Los Angeles campus for 14 years where the last position he held was deputy executive director for commercial operations.
