Where local perspectives meet global needs

This has been an exciting year for Salesforce.org. We’ve launched three new clouds and introduced our customers to our vision for a truly connected world that is doing good by doing well.
Our journey to the social enterprise we are today has not always been easy. Salesforce.org was born out of the 1-1-1 model – Salesforce’s approach to corporate philanthropy. In the last 20 years, this model has evolved into a flourishing social enterprise, with a mission to make technology accessible for those who want to change the world, because we believe that when you marry a great cause, with great technology plus the people who want to make a difference – anything is possible.
Realising our mission is a journey, as it is for our community of nonprofit and higher education customers. Today, more than 36,000 trailblazers use Saleforce.org Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud, helping them drive more impact, and transform how they operate and connect to a better world.
In Europe alone, more than 8,000 organisations use our Clouds – from small- but -mighty nonprofits, like KNGF in the Netherlands and Tatkraeftig in Germany, to some of the largest global NGOs, such as WWF, The Global Fund and UNHCR.
We’re also blazing new trails in Higher Education across Europe. In October, we launched the Higher Ed Summit Horizons conference in Barcelona, where we welcomed 150+ trailblazers from the Higher Education community to reimagine education – together, alongside customer speakers including ESSEC Business School, Bucerius Law School, and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
New Local Websites in Dutch, French and German
To mark our growth, and our excitement for Salesforce.org’s future in Europe, we are pleased to announce the launch of new local websites in Dutch, French, and German. These websites represent a commitment to localisation with global viewpoints. We are dedicated to Europe, to our local users, and communities. On the websites, you’ll find information about Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud, and also information about our local Future Ready programmes, like BuddyForce and our girls in tech initiatives.
Please keep an eye out for continuing resources available in local languages – and thank you for being part of our journey!
