Brand New BizAcademy Programme Launched in the UK!!!

The team at Salesforce.org is really exciting to announce the launch of a brand new BizAcademy Programme in the UK. With some excellent new partners – Next Generation Academy CIC (NGA) and JUMP!, BizAcademy is set to provide young adults with an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a growth industry and progress training into full-time employment.

New BizAcademy Programme

The updated Salesforce BizAcademy Apprenticeship Programme was launched in London on 6th July 2015. The Programme will select, train and employ 100 young adults over the next 18 months in Level 3 Advanced IT Apprenticeships in some of the most innovative companies in the UK.

Each BizAcademy apprentice will receive a four-week training programme to ensure they start with a valuable skill-set that their employers can immediately benefit from. They will then commence a one-year apprenticeship, arming them with the business and technology skills required for a career in the fast-growing cloud computing industry.

Next Generation Academy CIC (NGA) is a not for profit social enterprise based in East London.  They engage with young people and prepare them for the world of work. NGA will select the candidates to join the BizAcademy programme, which includes an introduction to the Salesforce ADM-201 course as well as confidence building, interview skills and general business skills training.

Successful candidates who complete the four-week programme will be matched with a paid role in a Salesforce customer or partner company, to enable them to further develop their skills and gain valuable, hands-on business experience while completing their Level 3 IT Apprenticeships for a minimum of 12 months. The in-work training to achieve their industry recognised qualification is delivered by NGA’s partner JUMP!
