Volunteer at Dreamforce with Stop Hunger Now

Kick Dreamforce off right by giving back! On Monday morning, starting at 10 AM on the Dreamforce Plaza, you can help package meals for those in need to push us toward the #DFGives goal to deliver One Million Meals.
Teaming with our volunteer groups around the world, Stop Hunger Now works to feed the hungry through transformational programs while simultaneously engaging employees in a hands-on volunteer effort.
The majority of meals packaged at Stop Hunger Now events are used to support transformational development programs within schools, public health centers, vocational training institutions and orphanages. A daily school meal provides a strong incentive to send children to school and keep them there, allowing them to focus on their studies rather than their stomachs.
In poor countries, school meals are often the only regular and nutritious meals a child receives; without them, hunger and micronutrient deficiencies can cause irreversible damage to their growing brains and bodies. By supporting proper development of the body and mind, the meals allow the children to become healthy, productive adults capable of breaking the cycle of poverty in their family.
Help us package 75,000 meals and get closer to reaching the #DFGives Million Meals goal. Drop by the Dreamforce Plaza on Monday, October 13, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to lend a hand in the movement against hunger. If you can’t make it in person, you can still join in by starting your own #DFGives fundraising campaign and invite your friends and colleagues to give.
