Trevor Noah to Speak at Higher Ed Summit Virtual

Equality begins with education, and we believe conversations on the future of education are paramount as we strive for a more just world. In support of communities advancing racial equality and honoring those who have lost their lives to injustice, we are postponing our June 9 Virtual Higher Ed Summit.

Virtual Higher Ed Summit will now be held on June 16. We are grateful that all our keynote speakers, including Trevor Noah, Samantha Power, Arianna Huffington, and Soledad O’Brien, will join us on this new date.

As the higher ed community faces monumental transformations and decisions, we’re committed to sharing how institutions are fast tracking their digital transformation and innovating to help students succeed.

World-Renowned Speakers

We’re thrilled to have Trevor Noah, host of The Daily Show and founder of the Trevor Noah Foundation, as this year’s keynote speaker for Higher Ed Summit Virtual. Trevor’s Foundation is focused on helping youth navigate the path to opportunity and self-fulfillment. As someone who believes that education should be about creating future leaders, Trevor will share his vision for a world that allows youth to define themselves in their own terms.

We’ll also hear from Arianna Huffington, CEO and founder of Thrive Global; Samantha Power, a Pulitzer Prize-winning author and former U.S. Ambassador to the UN; and Soledad O’Brien, a television host, executive producer, and broadcast journalist.

In addition, a panel of higher ed thought leaders will join us to discuss the topic “What Does Higher Ed Innovation Look Like in Unprecedented Times?”

The virtual stage will also serve as the setting for more than 40 episodes covering a wide range of topics across six different theaters: recruiting and admissions, marketing, student success, advancement, platform innovation, and an international spotlight.
