Salesforce.org’s Summer ‘22 Release Helps Nonprofits Create Meaningful Engagement with Stakeholders

Today, we’re thrilled to announce the innovations in our Summer ‘22 release — all aimed to help nonprofits create meaningful engagement with stakeholders. In this release, we’re enhancing our solutions in fundraising, marketing and engagement, program management and grants management.
Build Relationships, Fund Impact with Fundraising Solutions
Key to building donor relationships is ensuring donors have easy access to key information. In our recent Trends Report, 72% of respondents say their donors expect remote access to key impact performance metrics (KPIs). Ensuring that self service and proper engagement occurs with donors is key. Enhancements across Experience Cloud for Nonprofits, Elevate, and more help ensure donors are properly connected to the mission of the organization.
Our newest enhancement in Experience Cloud for Nonprofits helps increase donor engagement and reduce staff time. Donors can self-service with new donor experience capability in Experience Cloud to look up their donation history to see all donations for a given time period, such as a tax year.
Elevate enhancements* allow organizations to raise more with tribute gifts on Giving Pages and by re-engaging lapsed donors with automated communications. We are also providing more payment options with support for the Worldpay Value Added Platform (VAP) payment gateway.
