Riding a Wave of Momentum with Our Partners by Our Side
If you’ve been hiding the past couple of months, you might have missed some of Salesforce.org’s most innovative announcements EVER! But don’t worry; we’ve got you covered with a quick recap here:
In the spring, we launched the Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA). HEDA is a community-driven data architecture and set of best practices designed to configure Salesforce out of the box for Higher Ed. Since the launch, the response from our community has been simply outstanding (thank you!).
This summer, we also delivered the new Salesforce Lightning Editions. At Salesforce.org, we are committed to helping education communities leverage the power of the cloud to more effectively execute their mission and achieve their goals. These new editions provide more customization, more capabilities, and more value for all of our customers.
Between HEDA and Lightning, Salesforce.org’s innovation has been riding a wave of momentum. We’ve seen standing room only sessions at our Higher Ed Summit 2016 in New Orleans, amazing attendance on our webinars, great questions and collaboration in the Power of Us group, and most importantly, a growing number of institutions beginning to build out their own Connected Campus vision. This momentum can not be solely attributed to our customers. Our community of partners has embraced HEDA and Lightning to truly help customers take advantage of this innovation.
One such partner is TargetX. At TargetX’s CRM Summit in San Diego last month, Pat McQueen, General Manager for Higher Education at Salesforce.org, and Sasha Peterson, CEO of TargetX, talked about this momentum and TargetX’s continued partnership with Salesforce.org. Investing in HEDA, TargetX announced that their Winter Release ‘16 will be HEDA compatible as they continue to innovate alongside Salesforce.org.
Be sure to join us August 16th at 2:00 pm EST/ 11:00 am PST for a joint webinar with TargetX to discuss not only TargetX’s support of HEDA, but an exciting set of solutions that reimagine the way institutions recruit prospective students leveraging Communities. This will be one you don’t want to miss! You can register here.
