K-12 Education: Your Guide to Dreamforce 2018 Sessions

Selina Suarez, Senior Product Manager at Salesforce.org, explains the Connected School vision at Dreamforce 2017
Dreamforce, one of the world’s largest tech conferences (and definitely the most fun!), is now a go-to destination for everyone who works in and around K-12 education. It’s an unparalleled learning opportunity – in sessions designed just for you, from your peers in schools and districts, and from higher ed institutions, nonprofits and companies of all sizes.
Last year Salesforce.org welcomed a large community of K-12 trailblazers–administrators, staff, partners, and advocates – with a dedicated Dreamforce presence for the first time ever (check out our top 10 K-12 moments from Dreamforce). We outlined our vision for The Connected School, why Salesforce is committed to K-12 education, and launched K-12 Fast Start for organizations that need a better system for fundraising.
This year we’re going even bigger, with double the number of K-12 attendees and sessions (140+ and 15, respectively).
It all starts with the K-12 Kickoff on Tuesday morning, where you’ll be:
- Inspired by our growing K-12 ecosystem
- The first to hear about the new Education Cloud for K-12 – a powerful way to break down barriers to systemic collaboration and achieve greater efficiencies in key operational areas.
The rest of the week will be chock-full of K-12 goodness: School and district showcases, thought leaders, best practice sharing, demos, and how-tos. We hope you’re as pumped as we are!
