Implementing Institution-Wide CRM at Arizona State University

By Salesforce.org June 11, 2015

Arizona State University is one of the top 100 research universities in the world. Two years ago, ASU undertook the enterprise-wide implementation of Salesforce to serve as the system of engagement for all of its constituents, including students, their parents, alumni, donors, athletic fans, faculty and staff, corporations, foundations and members of the community.

ASU has a great story to share on how they have implemented an institution-wide CRM and connected with their constituents in a whole new way. That is why we’re excited that a team from ASU will join Salesforce.org to share their experience during a free webinar for higher education institutions.

In this webinar, ASU staff will share how the university overcame a number of the challenges that all institutions of higher education face when attempting to innovate on the grand scale that is required for an institution-wide CRM system.

During the webinar, we will cover topics including:

  • Overall system architecture – including Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
  • Interfacing with existing databases and systems of record
  • Developing and implementing at scale
  • A view of the university’s progress over the last two years will be provided, along with a brief look at its goals for the next 18 months.

Register today for the webinar, Implementing Institution-Wide CRM at Arizona State University, and join us on Wednesday, June 24 at 2:00pm EDT / 11:00am PDT to learn more.
