We’re back in person for our 11th Education Summit! From April 10-12, we will be in Dallas, Texas, with education Trailblazers from all over the world for two full days of inspiring speakers, customer success stories, networking opportunities, and to share the latest and greatest Education Cloud innovations.

2. Networking and Connecting with Trailblazing Friends

3. Hear From Thought Leaders

Four major themes emerged from the third edition of the Salesforce Connected Student Report: belonging is the foundation for success, students need holistic support from application to graduation, students want to be prepared for the future of work, and student and staff expectations for flexibility and diversity have changed. Education Summit will feature thought leaders who will unpack these themes and more. I’m sure you’re eager to read who those thought leaders are!

We are excited to be hosting a thought leadership panel addressing an issue that is top of mind for everyone: how to bridge the gap between education and employment. Joining us will be Eric J. Ban Ed.D. from Economic Mobility Systems, Lisa Schumacher from the McDonald’s Corporation, Sudhir Bhaskar from Indiana University, and our very own Ann Weeby from Salesforce.

Stay tuned for more details on more thought leaders, including a President’s panel – yes, we like to keep you under suspense!

4. The Summit Awards

The Summit Awards are back for the seventh year to recognize and celebrate the outstanding Trailblazers in the Salesforce education community who are affirming the notion that technology is most impactful when used for good. This year, our live award show will be better than ever, with eight award categories:

  • Excellence in Advancement and Alumni Relations
  • Excellence in Student Success
  • Excellence in Institutional Efficiency
  • Dave Perry Award for Excellence in Innovation
  • Community Champion
  • Excellence in College and Career Prep
  • Excellence in Recruiting and Admissions Innovation
  • Excellence in Marketing and Communication Innovation (NEW AWARD!)

Nominations have already closed for this year, but the fun is just getting started! Make sure to cast your vote for your favorite institutions beginning on March 6th, 2023. Let the voting commence!

And in case these reasons are not enough, think of the memories! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but a memory is priceless — we couldn’t agree more!
