Dreamforce Survival Kit: T-Minus 2 Weeks

It’s just two weeks until Dreamforce 2016. That’s right, you can almost start counting down on your hands!
As October 4th speeds toward us, we’re back with another edition of the Dreamforce Survival Kit, dishing out five tips and tricks to make sure you’re prepped to have an epic time.
You can find the past three weeks of Survival Kits here, here, and here. Once you’re caught up, let’s dive in:
1. Show some Twitter love to the sessions you’re excited about.
Now that the Dreamforce Agenda Builder is live, you can start planning all of the sessions, breakouts and keynotes that you hope to hit at DF16. But DF is all about connecting and togetherness, so don’t keep any gems of sessions secret! Tweet them to your fans and inspire conversation around the perfect DF schedule under the hashtag #DF16.
2. Get ready to see U2 bring the house down.
What better way to wrap up your Wednesday than with a U2 concert benefitting USCF Children’s Hospitals? On October 5th, that’s just what you’ll get a chance to do. U2 will be performing live at the Cloud (Cow) Palace, located at 2600 Geneva Ave, Daly City, CA 94014. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity!
3. Brush up on the ways you can give back during your time at Dreamforce.
There is so much to do to give back at Dreamforce. In addition to our goal of raising one million dollars for (RED), there are tons of other opportunities to volunteer right from the conference. Why not spend Tuesday filling tote bags with STEM materials for children? Or take some time on Thursday to support budding entrepreneurs on lemonade day? There is so much good to be done at Dreamforce — you won’t regret it!
4. Check out the awesome lineup of keynote speakers.
Melinda Gates. Marc Benioff. Lilly Ledbetter. Mark Cuban. And so many, many more. From astronauts to congressmen, the keynote speakers are sure to bring diverse insights to the world of technology. And on the NGO and Higher Ed side of things, be sure to checkout our Nonprofit Kickoff and Higher Ed Kickoff at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel.
5. Download the Dreamforce Jetpack.
Salesforce has created the Dreamforce Jetpack, the perfect complement to the Dreamforce Survival Kit. They compiled a series of multimedia downloads — from podcasts of last year’s keynotes to San Francisco insider tips — all available in one handy ZIP file! The best part about it is that all of the files are available for offline viewing (or listening), so you can make the most out of those hours you spend in airplane-mode traveling to San Francisco. Download the Dreamforce Jetpack.
We can’t wait to see you in person! In the meantime, follow @SalesforceOrg and @Dreamforce on Twitter, and tag all of your social posts with #DF16.
