Who Develops NPSP? Learn About Community-Driven Innovation!

By Salesforce.org May 17, 2017

The Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is the foundation to the Connected Nonprofit. Every day we’re working to make it even better, so nonprofits of all sizes can harness its power to run better programs, raise more resources, measure impact in real time, and engage their constituents in a whole new way.

So how do we develop NPSP? Glad you asked.

NPSP is created through a unique model called Community-Driven Innovation. This model allows Salesforce.org’s dedicated NPSP development team to collaborate with the diverse community of users to accelerate innovation.

We connect through Community Sprints, two-day events that bring together admins, developers, users, and partners to enhance and extend NPSP, the Power of Us Hub, an online community of over 30,000 Salesforce.org users from nonprofit and education organizations, and user groups, organized by users around the world that meet online and in person to share tips on how to get the most out of Salesforce.

We put together a video and an e-book to explain how it all works:
