Community Hero Tal Frankfurt

“I participate in the community to connect, collaborate, and grow.”
– Tal Frankfurt
We are celebrating the one year anniversary of the Power of Us HUB by recognizing 30 community members who have been instrumental in supporting the growing community of nonprofit and higher ed Salesforce users.
Today’s community hero is Tal Frankfurt (@TalFrankfurt), Founder/CEO at Cloud for Good. Tal is a long-time Salesforce MVP and a top contributor in the Power of Us HUB. He has been engaged in the HUB since the beginning, answering questions and pointing people to helpful resources. He is also a leader of the Memphis Nonprofit User Group. Beyond his personal contributions, Tal has encouraged his team to get involved as well and many of our top contributors come from Cloud for Good (it is no accident that Cloud for Good currently counts 6 Salesforce MVP’s on their staff). For always being a champion of community engagement and giving back, Tal, we say THANK YOU!
Who are you (in 250 words or less)?
“I am the Founder and CEO of Cloud for Good, a Salesforce consulting firm that works exclusively with nonprofit and educational organizations to create and implement strategic Salesforce solutions. I am also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, and a Salesforce MVP since 2010.”
How long have you been working with Salesforce products?
“Since 2005.”
What quick tip would you give someone getting started with Salesforce?
“The Salesforce user groups are a great place to connect with other nonprofits in your area, networks, share ideas, learn from each other, and get tips to make you more successful. User groups are run by customers, for customers, and they’re FREE. What are you waiting for? Join today!”
As a thank-you for all Tal has done for the community over the last year, the Foundation is donating $250 to a nonprofit organization of his choosing.
