Karen FittonWe are celebrating the one year anniversary of the Power of Us HUB  by recognizing 30 community members who have been instrumental in supporting the growing community of nonprofit and higher ed Salesforce users.

Today’s community hero is Karen Fitton, a consultant with Bigger Boat Consulting. Karen is a top contributor in the Power of Us HUB where she has answered more than one hundred questions, helped welcome and engage members in GirlForce, and has contributed a super useful Knowledge article called, “Six simple ways to optimize Salesforce for your users.” Thank YOU Karen!

Who are you (in 250 words or less)?

“I am a Salesforce consultant at Bigger Boat Consulting. I have been using Salesforce since 2008. The first 4 years I was the Salesforce Administrator at a national non-profit. I really like when technology solutions help nonprofits focus on their mission and less on the processing and administration.”

How long have you been working with Salesforce products?

“Since 2008.”

What quick tip would you give someone getting started with Salesforce?

“Use list views.”

As a thank-you for all Karen has done for the community over the last year, the Foundation is donating $250 to a nonprofit organization of her choosing.
